The Role
Are you an experienced professional with a relevant Level 3 qualification and a minimum of one year of continuous experience in a nursery setting for ages six months to three years? This full-time position (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday) is your gateway to contributing to a safe, stimulating environment. As a key worker, you will be instrumental in crafting age-appropriate, fun, stimulating, and educational activities. Your role includes taking observations and assessments, providing individualised developmental activities, and adhering to high safeguarding standards outlined in our Nursery Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
– Relevant experience in an Early Years setting with children aged six months to three years
– Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Clear understanding of an “outstanding” nursery provision
– Positive, clear role model, and a collaborative team player
– NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
