About us:
The children of St Augustine’s CE Primary School are very rewarding to teach. They are excited about learning and hardworking and well-behaved, but are absolutely reliant upon great teaching to make expected progress. Relationships within the school are very good and parents/carers are very supportive of the school’s work. The school is very well-resourced and has excellent facilities, particularly for ICT, physical development, DT (including cooking) and music. We are within easy walking distance of the Bakerloo Line and buses 16, 31, 32, 98, 316, 328 and 332, and not far from Paddington, Kilburn High Road and Queen’s Park train stations. Paddington Recreation Ground and the museums and galleries of central London are within easy reach and are frequently visited by our classes.

About you:
We would like to hear from excellent teachers who feel driven to do all they can to enable every child to enjoy learning and make good progress. You must want to make a difference to children of a wide range of ethnicities and several faiths. Between them, they speak over 25 first languages and they need very determined and skilled practitioners to ensure that significant social, linguistic and cultural challenges do not present a barrier to high achievement and future success.
Teachers with at least three years’ class teaching experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage are invited to apply.
