This series of one-hour training sessions (below) addresses a range of strategies to help governors tackle their school’s financial challenges, in response to the shared problem of falling pupil rolls across London. Each session will be held remotely via Zoom and will involve a half-hour presentation followed by a Q&A session. Please join us for as many sessions as are relevant to your school’s circumstances; we have no limit on participants. You may wish to share the courses out among several governors, who can report back to your full governing board or finances / resources committee.
