Administrative Officer
The Governors of Holy Trinity CofE Primary School NW3 wish to appoint an excellent Administrative Officer to join our highly motivated staff team from January 2026.
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Contract term: Fixed term until 31st December 2026
Pay Scale: GLPC Scale 3 SCP 5 (£31,086)
Paid pro rata on a 39 week, term time only contract (actual salary £26,631).
35 hours a week (8am – 4pm including a one-hour lunch break)
Any continuous service benefits will be applied.
Reporting to: Operations Manager and Head of School
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team as Administrative Officer. This is an exciting and varied role which requires someone with a good level of organisational, IT and administrative skills.
Candidates must have experience in administrative work and be able to use various Microsoft Office Packages; including excellent Excel and Word and Outlook with competence.
Candidates will also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as this role provides a crucial first point of contact for staff, students and parents.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience in an administrative role; are able to work flexibly and prioritise workload; work calmly under pressure; and uphold a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Experience of working in a school and using MIS software is desirable, but not essential.
