The Saints Federation is a recently established Church of England primary federation in north London, comprising St Andrew’s CE Primary School in Enfield Town and St Paul’s CE Primary School in Winchmore Hill. Since 1 December 2025, the Federation has been in a partnership with St Paul’s CE Primary School in Friern Barnet.
Following the announcement of our current Executive Headteacher’s planned retirement at the end of 2026, we are now looking for an experienced, strong and committed leader who will build on her excellent work and continue to promote our values both within and outside the school community, whilst ensuring a high quality of education for all pupils.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an existing Executive Headteacher to join a forward-thinking federation open to expansion. Governors are committed to providing and supporting ongoing CPD for the successful candidate.
As each school retains its own unique identity, you are strongly encouraged to come and visit all three between 15th to 19th June so that you can experience the caring, supportive atmosphere in our schools for yourself. These visits may form part of the selection process.
