Hours: 14 hours per week x 39 weeks (8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday and Tuesdays) – potential to increase to 35 hours per week from September 2027

‍ ‍Contract term: Permanent

Forty Hill CofE Primary School is looking to appoint an Admin & Welfare Officer to be part of a thriving school office team.

As the Admin & Welfare Officer, you will be responsible for supporting with the administrative tasks, organisational processes, first aid responsibilities and other areas linking to pupil welfare, such as attendance within the school. You will also act as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the vision and value in all interactions.

Initially, this role is for two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) but there is the potential to increase to fivedays per week from September 2027.
