London Diocesan Board for Schools serves and supports the 153 Church of England schools in the Diocese of London. We are looking for a School Operations Partner to ensure that LDBS provides and excellent, consistent service as we partner with Church schools to ensure that school buildings are maintained and developed and that school budgets are well managed with adequate provision for maintenance and capital works.

We are looking for someone to support the Operations Director to manage as estate of 180 school and investment properties, to ensure that properties comply with all statutory obligations, industry standards and provide inspiring places to learn for 58,000+ pupils.
