Our Science Faculty’s vision is to support students to become ‘competent and responsible scientists for a sustainable future’. We have an enthusiastic and dedicated team of subject specialists in Biology, Chemistry and Physics and work collaboratively to offer students an engaging and challenging curriculum. Our KS3 curriculum aims to develop the substantive and disciplined knowledge that students require to become successful scientists, with a focus on ‘putting the fun back into science’.

The successful candidate will teach range science subject areas and classes, including KS3/4 Science and KS4/5 Chemistry, as part of this dynamic team. The role is advertised as up to full-time, subject to agreement with the successful candidate.

There is also the potential for additional responsibility as a Director of Learning & Achievement for the right candidate (attracting a TLR).
