We are a group of three one-form entry schools, and Nurseries within a medium sized and growing Academy Trust that has a strong commitment to learning and children.

We are looking to appoint a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our friendly staff. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with extensive DIY/Maintenance knowledge as well as experience of being responsible for the care and maintenance of premises. The successful candidate will have leadership experience and be a key player in ensuring that high standards of compliance are maintained and that our facilities are safe and fit for purpose. The postholder will also be able to meet the requirements outlined in the person specification, pro-actively engage with the leadership team and be able to communicate effectively while managing multiple deadlines.

You will work over the three schools and nurseries where you will provide leadership to the premises team in partnership with the Executive Headteacher and Head of Schools

Our ideal candidate will be:

·           An experienced site manager and team leader with relevant facilities management experience

·           Resilient, trustworthy, passionate, ambitious and ready to take responsibility for our buildings and facilities

·           Highly organised, self-directed reliable and dependable

·           Have a range of practical skills and be ready to use them to help maintain our site

·           Able to work with and coordinate contractors ensuring that they work safely, to specification and timescales, holding them accountable with a high degree of independence

·           Work to build positive relationships with our lettings customers and other stakeholders

·           Be able to provide own transport across the schools
