We are looking for a qualified or in-training SENCO who can assist the current SENCO with:
Determining the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school;
Being responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability;
An outstanding teacher with excellent subject knowledge, including the teaching of phonics and who can teacher across the school;
An proven track record of achieving high standards;
A practitioner with very high expectations of our children;
Excellent behaviour management skills;
Outstanding organisational skills;
Sympathy with and support of our Christian ethos;
An ‘above and beyond attitude’.
