Our Offer

We are looking for a highly motivated school business manager to take responsibility for the leading of our office team to ensure the efficient day to day running of the school. You will need to be prepared to:

  • Show excellent inter-personal skills in developing and working as part of the administration team; knowing when the seek support and when to use your initiative;

  • Work in liaison with the school financial advisor to maintain high quality financial management of the school budget and governor’s funds;

  • Maintain up to date human resource records, check payroll information and advice on concerns;

  • Oversee health and safety implementation alongside the site manager;

  • Have a good understanding of data protection law and be able to advise of data compliancy.

We have a wonderful and supportive school community. Your team includes two full time administration and finance personnel, the site manager, a part-time school development officer and a part-time school home support leader. To fully appreciate the special nature of our school and this specific role in our school, visits are highly recommended.
