Office Manager

Permanent, term time only

Salary: Grade E £29,139 - £30,963 FTE; actual term-time only £25,627.27 - £27,234.26

36 hours per week; 39 weeks per year

Start date: September 2024

We are looking for an efficient, warm-hearted and dedicated administrator to manage our busy school office. All Saints’ Nursery & Primary School is a thriving place of learning at the heart of our vibrant community.  We have a ‘can do’ attitude at All Saints’ and are looking for someone like-minded, who is determined to be the best they can be when running the school office.  The successful applicant will have a crucial role to play in providing children with an outstanding education.  You will help make the school days of hundreds of children memorable and rewarding. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • can complete numerous complex tasks efficiently, while prioritising work effectively

  • can be a welcoming presence, inspiring confidence in children, staff, parents and visitors

  • has good IT skills; the office manager handles database software, excel, word and the Internet daily

  • has experience of and is competent at managing accounts, orders and invoices

  • ideally has experience of recruiting staff and maintaining detailed records

  • can be discreet when necessary, have good personal skills and has empathy when supporting others
