P05 - P06 £49,083 - £54,129 FTE

Pro Rata @ 0.6 £29,450 - £32,477

Would you like to join us on our exciting journey as a growing Multi Academy Trust dedicated to the achievement and well-being of our students and staff? The Green School Trust are seeking an experienced and values driven Head of HR to join our established central services team. As Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. You will play a key role in managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring that our staff team is well supported and equipped to provide the highest quality of education to our young people. If you have proven experience as an HR professional, preferably within an educational environment, knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulations we would like to hear from you. We are looking for an excellent practitioner with:

  • experience of working in human resources;

  • excellent organisation and time management skills;
