We are seeking a passionate and dedicated aspiring SENCo to work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and colleagues to contribute to the strategic development of our Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher with leadership potential who is looking o take the next step in their career.

As SENCo, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our SEND policy, with a clear focus on raising achievement and supporting the progress of all pupils with additional needs.
