SEN Learning Support Assistant

Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm

Contract type: Permanent

Start date: September 2026

St John’s is looking for a nurturing, patient and dedicated individual with a genuine passion for working with young children. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with pupils with neurodiverse needs.

They should be enthusiastic about early childhood education with a strong understanding of child development. As a team player, they will work collaboratively with staff, parents and carers to provide the best possible environment for each child after school. Adaptability, strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children are essential qualities for this role.
