We are looking for someone who:

  • is an enthusiastic music practitioner who can inspire our children';

  • enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to be flexible;

  • can plan, deliver and evaluate the music curriculum from EYFS to Year 6;

  • can lead a weekly, whole-school hymn practice;

  • will contribute to and, on occasions, lead assemblies and school productions;

  • can deliver music therapy/enrichment sessions on a 1:1 or small group basis;

  • has excellent behaviour management skills;

  • exhibits an ‘above and beyond attitude’’

  • has a proven track record of achieving high standards;

  • has experience of tracking progress and of assessment;

  • has very high expectations of our children;

  • demonstrates outstanding organisational skills;

  • is in sympathy with and support of our Christian ethos.
