About this Role

We are seeking a proven and highly effective leader with a successful track record of school improvement, who is ready to build on strong foundations and lead our thriving school community through the next stage of its journey.

St Paul's and All Hallows’ Infanct and Junior Schools are vibrant, ambitious and nurturing schools serving the most delightful children. Our pupils are enthusiastic learners, our staff are dedicated and talented, and our families are highly supportive of the schools and their values. Together, we have created a culture where children flourish academically, socially and spiritually.

The schools are in a strong position. Outcomes are consistently high, with attainment significantly above national averages in many areas. At Key Stage 2, 96% of pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading and Mathematics, and 90% achieved the combined expected standard in Reading, Writing and Mathematics.
