St Paul’s CE Primary, a small, vibrant Church school serving a thriving and diverse North London community, is seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of School.

We are looking for a candidate who:
Can articulate and communicate a shared vision and translate the vision into clear objectives that promote and sustain school improvement
Will set high expectations and challenging targets for pupils, monitoring effectiveness and evaluating outcomes
Will take responsibility for ensuring that all staff understand and follow safeguarding policies
Can set appropriate priorities for expenditure, allocating funds and ensuring financial control, in accordance with governing body policies
Will act as a role model for the highest professional standards
