Theme: Belonging with Professor Paul Miller & Black Men Teach

Our annual launch event will bring together existing and new members for an evening of feasting, celebration, connection and conversation. Join us as we explore the power of belonging and strengthen our growing Platform community.

We are pleased to announce that we will hear from both Professor Paul Miller and Black Men Teach.

Founding CEO & Principal of Institute for Equity, University Centre and Professor of Educational Leadership & Social Justice, Paul Miller will explore the experiences of GMH educators and how safe, supportive spaces, mentoring and care can enable individuals to belong, flourish and progress into leadership.

Black Men Teach is a pioneering network that supports Black boys and men to excel in education. Their mission is to challenge misconceptions by changing the narrative and raising aspirations, ensuring that black men and boys feel seen, heard, and valued.
