Course fees: £150 for core service and affiliated subscriber schools, otherwise the full cost of the full programme is £600.


The Platform has been designed for new and aspiring Global Majority Heritage (GMH) leaders to receive quality support and coaching, through a year’s programme of two seminars a term in a learning community. It is suitable for phase leaders, AHTs/DHTs, Heads of School and Headteachers. It provides a Platform for your future development

Global Majority Heritage is a collective term referring to people who are Black, African, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the Global South and/or racialised as ‘ethnic minorities’

The Platform seminar programme

All seminars include presentation, discussion, interactive exercises and networking. They will be in person at LDBS in Causton Street, led by Paula Aitcheson-Walker and a range of guest speakers.

The summer term sessions take place on 9th May and 20th June, 9.30am-11.00am.
