We warmly invite all Church schools in the Diocese of London to our LDBS Annual Service at St Paul’s Cathedral from 2pm - 2.45pm on Thursday 30 January 2025.

Tickets: Each school is allocated up to 10 tickets to be shared between students, staff and governors – please order the number of tickets you require. You are required to show your tickets to a steward on arrival at the Great West Doors of the Cathedral. You can print the ticket out and bring it with you or show an electronic ticket via your mobile telephone.

The data you leave will not be shared with third parties. A link to your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address you give.

Timing: Doors will open at 1pm and everyone must be seated by 1.45pm. Please allow sufficient time for the bag search at the door. Please keep hand luggage to a minimum. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Those people who are taking an active part in the service will have reserved seats at the front.

Toilets: There are toilet facilities in the Cathedral crypt (access to toilets is allowed via the Cathedral floor until 1.45pm; after 1.45pm access is via the external NW Crypt entrance).

Banners: Students carrying banners need to gather in St Dunstan’s Chapel by 1.45pm, they should enter with the rest of the group and ushers will be on hand to direct them to the Chapel. The banner-carriers will sit together during the service and process to the back of the Cathedral together at the end. All barrier-carriers will return to St Dunstan’s Chapel and schools should collect students from there. Please indicate on the link if your school is bringing a banner.

Meeting points for picnic lunches: Should schools wish to use a local City church as a base between 11.30am and 1pm for students from some schools to eat picnics and use toilet facilities, please indicate on the link.

Wheelchair access: If you require wheelchair access to the Cathedral please get in touch before the event so that we can inform the Cathedral.

Photographs: Use of mobile phones, photography and recording is not permitted in the Cathedral. An official photographer will take pictures which are made available to schools and may be used on the Cathedral website. Please make sure the appropriate permissions are in place and let us know in advance if seat(s) ‘out of shot’ are required.
