Recruiting an Executive Headteacher, Headteacher or Head of School is the most important appointment that governors will make. Trainers Terri Patterson (People and Culture Director) and Helen Ridding (Deputy Director of Education) have significant experience in appointing Senior Leaders and supporting LDBS schools in the recruitment process. Together they will equip governors to feel confident in the process and legal obligations involved in deciding who will lead their school in a Church of England context.
