A confidential, reflective space for school leaders to connect, share, and grow. Are you holding space for everyone else, but wondering who holds space for you? Because those who lead also need space to be held. You don’t have to do it alone.

This session offers participants:

• Growing from what’s strong, not what’s wrong

• Leadership resilience

Held once every term (three times a year) by an experienced coach and headteacher, these sessions are suitable for current headteachers who want a trusted group of leaders to engage in open dialogue, to help connect with your purpose and re-energise your leadership.
