During this session, which is led by Paula Walker (LDBS School Link Adviser) you will learn:

how equity, diversity and inclusion can increase staff engagement, retention and productivity
how to handle equity, diversity and inclusion issues at work
how to create and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies
about good practice for recruitment processes
