Administration Assistant
Full Time, Temporary Contract (minimum 2 months)
Salary c. £30,000 pro-rata (including London Weighting), plus 30 days annual leave pro-rata and Bank Holidays
Start Date: As soon as possible
An opportunity has arisen for a temporary appointment to the role of Administration Assistant at our offices in Union Street. We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic, organised and experienced individual to join our small, effective, professional team.
This opportunity may be ideal for a student during their summer break from college or university.
You must be; a self starter, thorough and accurate, able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, enjoy interacting with others and an excellent communicator who will add to our team dynamics. You will possess a range of administrative skills including minute taking and full competence and confidence in the use of IT and digital systems.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential for this post as is a sense of humour and the ability to exercise tact and sensitivity.
For this interesting and varied role, ideally you would be sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the SDBE. Experience in other administrative role and within service sector would be useful.

Our highly successful team supports Church of England schools across the Diocese which spans 12 local authorities in south London.
