“During the project we learnt about how to use our school Christian values of perseverance, wisdom, thankfulness and compassion to help us develop our rugby skills. In the sessions, we showed humility to our partners and team members through hand shaking and sharing, helping us to practice equality and respect. We played lots of different games that kept us active and helped us learn the rules of rugby. It was great applying our values to a sport, helping us to be mindful of ourselves as a team.” - Josephine and Umar (Year 4)
