WELFARE AND ATTENDANCE ADMINISTRATOR

37.5 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum (Term Time plus 5 INSET days)
8.30 am to 4.30 pm (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Starting Salary Grade: Surrey Pay Scale 5
Starting Pro-Rata Salary: £19,664 (£21,943 FTE) per annum

 

Due to the current post-holder moving on, we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and committed person to join our friendly and supportive staff team.

Duties will be varied – however, the main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Pupil Welfare and First Aid
  • Attendance and Absence Administration
  • School Dinner Administration
  • Maintenance of Statutory Attendance/Absence, Welfare and First Aid Records
  • Associated Report Generation

Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, compassion and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Alongside this, good communication skills and computer literacy are required.

As the primary First Aider on site, First Aid qualifications are desirable although full training will be provided. Knowledge of Tucasi and SIMS computer systems are desirable although training will be given.
