We are seeking to appoint a proactive and inspiring Head of Computer Science, ICT & Digital Strategy Lead to head up a successful teaching department and provide strategic input to the ongoing development and rollout of our Digital Strategy.
Bishop Ramsey school recognises the importance of harnessing the opportunities that ICT brings to both our students’ learning experience and the efficient running of school processes and communications. We have an ambitious Digital Strategy (see HERE) which the successful candidate will drive, alongside an Assistant Headteacher.
The successful candidate will combine subject expertise with a passion for creating excellent learning experiences. They should have the commitment, skills and character to lead a successful department and influence colleagues at all levels. This role offers an established and successful Head of Department a stepping stone into senior leadership (and as such, we are unable to offer this role to an ECT).
This role is suitable for someone looking to start after Easter 2024 or in September 2024. Interviews will take place within 10 days of the closing date.
