Hours: 37.5 hours per week @ 07:35 – 15:45 (term-time) Plus additional 5 days

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, approachable and organised individual as our Finance & Administrative Manager. The main duties of this role will be to provide efficient and effective reception, administrative, financial and clerical leadership and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • The management of various school databases for pupil and staff records
  • Financial accounting such as school meals, trips and processing invoices
  • Supporting on health and safety and admissions with other administrative colleagues
  • Providing support to the Head Teacher and Governing Body as necessary

The successful candidate will have:

  • Have administration experience, preferably in a school or education context
  • Have strong IT skills including Google Suite, MIS packages (Arbor) & FMS systems (SIMs)
  • Work efficiently to deadlines
  • Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be an effective communicator who is able to lead, multi-task and work as part of a team
  • Be prepared to play a full and active part in the life of the school
