Due to the retirement of our current Executive Business Manger. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Executive Business Manager to join our Tri School collaboration. The Tri School is an established group of three one-form entry schools and two PVI nurseries within a medium-sized and growing academy Trust that has a strong commitment to learning and children.

The role will involve strategically leadership of the Business, Administrative and Premises team and the functions of Holy Trinity CE Primary School, St Ann’s CE Primary School, St Michael’s CE Primary School and Little Engineers Nursery in order to meet the aims and objectives of the schools’ and Trust’s objectives.

  • You will have in depth knowledge of School Business Management and the management of Administrative and Premises staff within the educational sector
  • You will have an enthusiasm for ensuring continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to achieve better and more effective ways of working and optimising learning opportunities for the children
  • You will have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • You will have a proven track record of demonstrating discretion and sensitivity when dealing with a range of information
  • You will be looking to develop your career and expertise in strategically leading school business management across multiple sites

Visits to the school and meeting the Executive Headtecher is highly recommended to gain a greater insight into the vision and ethos of the Tri School Collaboration.
