Hours: 12.5 hours/week @ 15:30 – 18:00 (term-time)
Additional holiday work may be available across the year, by mutual agreement.

Burdett-Coutts & Townshend Foundation CE Primary School is a one-form entry primary school with a nursery & preschool, located in the City of Westminster. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, approachable and organised to join our busy administration team. The main duties of this part-time role will be to provide efficient and effective reception and administrative support. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of end of day school procedures, assisting parents with queries and assisting colleagues with other administrative requirements such as photocopying.
The successful candidate will have:
- Have administration experience, preferably in a school or education context
- Have strong IT skills including Google Suite, MIS packages (Arbor) & FMS systems (SIMs)
- Work efficiently to deadlines
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Be an effective communicator who is able to lead, multi-task and work as part of a team
- Be prepared to play a full and active part in the life of the school
