Governors’ HR Responsibilities and Teachers’ Pay and Conditions – Registration is now closed
This course covers the responsibilities of governors in church schools as the employer of all staff in the school. It specifically addresses:
- The HR policies and procedures that governors must have in place
- The relevant statutory guidance that governors must follow, including the annual School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document
- How governors can promote health, safety and wellbeing of staff
- An overview of governors’ responsibilities in the event of a staff reorganisation
