Building Diversity on Diocesan Governing Boards – with Sharon Warmington
This session is with Sharon Warmington, of the National Black Governors Network. It will cover issues such as fostering an inclusive and diverse culture on governing boards, recruiting a diverse range of governors, and strategic succession planning to build diversity.
